It's December 29th, which means the end of the year is rapidly approaching (and that it's hellishly hot if you are in the southern hemisphere like me). It also means it's the time to create resolutions, plan out new projects, and be a better version of ourselves (or just keep regular living/surviving and not put more pressure on ourselves just because the calendar year changes, but who am I to judge)

In any case, I think now is the time to announce the future of the project in this announcement:

After a really rewarding Spooktober experience with the amazing jam team, I applied to a local grant to be able to fund the demo for The Death Night Show's full version/continuation. We joined alongside my dear programmer friend Leyla, and after a couple of months, we got the notice that we got selected. WOO!

We don't have a concrete timeline for when the demo for this version will come out. We are hoping for 2025 or early 2026, but it's a big, BIG "maybe".  We'll give more updates as soon as the view is clearer.

Thanks to the team that made the Spooktober version possible, thanks to the Spooktober event (which definitely played a BIG part on us getting the grant), and most of all; THANK YOU ALL FOR PLAYING. 300+ downloads and 1000+ browser plays is crazy and definitely motivates us to keep going.
